This video was captured during a live paranormal investigation at Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum conducted by SAGE (Scientific Anomalous Ghost Explorers) during a Facebook Live event on July 26, 2021. Investigators Leo and Jake were actively investigating Lilly’s Room, one of the asylum’s most reportedly active locations.

At approximately the 7-second mark, an unexplained orb anomaly becomes visible as it travels directly over an electric piano positioned at the center of the room. Immediately following the orb’s appearance and movement, the piano produces an audible sound without any physical interaction, raising questions about possible intelligent paranormal interaction.

This event was captured live and in real time, eliminating the possibility of post-production manipulation. The footage has since become one of SAGE’s most compelling examples of potential intelligent response phenomena, combining visual anomaly capture with simultaneous auditory activity.
