– Founder & Lead Investigator
With more than 25 years of paranormal investigation experience, Leo is the Founder and Lead Investigator of SAGE. Having served on multiple established paranormal investigation teams, Leo brings extensive knowledge of investigative methodologies, case analysis, and field research. He has traveled extensively across the United States investigating reportedly haunted locations and takes a highly analytical, evidence-driven approach to paranormal research. Leo is dedicated to advancing the scientific study of paranormal phenomena through ethical investigation and structured documentation.
– Technical Manager & Lead Investigator
Jake has over 15 years of investigative experience and a lifelong connection to the paranormal, having grown up in a reportedly haunted home. As SAGE’s Technical Manager, Jake designs, builds, and deploys custom paranormal investigation equipment to assist in the documentation of unexplained phenomena. His technical expertise allows the team to push beyond standard investigative tools, strengthening data collection and analysis during investigations.

Having experienced paranormal activity throughout much of her life, Jennifer offers a unique perspective as an investigator. She excels at distinguishing between legitimate paranormal occurrences and environmental, natural, or man-made explanations. Jennifer employs modern investigative techniques and equipment to document unexplained activity with accuracy and objectivity.

Working closely under the guidance of the Technical Manager, Sean plays a critical role in the development and refinement of SAGE’s investigative equipment. As a Technical Specialist and Junior Investigator, Sean has contributed to the creation of some of the team’s most innovative and effective paranormal research tools, supporting accurate data capture during field investigations.
